INITIAL Consultation ($295)
Our staging consultations provide immediate, one-on-one feedback and recommendations to homeowners who are looking for a faster, more profitable sale on their home. During this 90 minute detailed walkthrough, we will cover everything from paint colors to furniture/accessory placement. The homeowner are encourage to take notes as we go through each space and together, we will come up with a complete action plan to sell your home quickly and for top dollar!
HOURLY RATE BEYOND CONSULTATION ($100/hour)
After the initial consultation, we offer sourcing, selecting, styling, and installation services to help you execute the recommendations from the consultation. These services are billed at an hourly rate and in 15-minute increments. These services include but are not limited to:
Space planning & furniture arrangement
Sourcing furniture & accessories
Selecting design finishes (Paint Colors, Hardware, Lighting, Flooring, Countertops, Cabinets)
Installation of furniture & accessories
Space styling
Listing Photo Day Fine-Tune Staging
